LARC Ecosystem - Implementation Complete ✅

Overview

Successfully implemented all 3 phases of the LARC ecosystem expansion:

  • Component Registry - Community registry with web UI
  • CLI Tooling - create-larc-app and larc CLI
  • VS Code Extension - Developer tooling and snippets

    What Was Built

    #### Registry Infrastructure
